Queens Park Rangers FC History :( 1900-1920)

Due to extreme financial issues, Queen Park Rangers had to shift to St. Quintin's Avenue in 1901.But by the neighborhood complaint they have to again moved back to the Kensal Rise in 1902.In 1904-05, QPR shifted to The Royal Agricultural Society Ground having 40,000 crow capacity, at Park Royal, and they won the Western League Cup in 1905/06. But in 20 team Southern League, a disappointing performance led them to finish at 18th place. In 1907/08 QPR moved to another new ground at Park Royal, capable of holding 60,000 spectators.QPR gained victory for the first time in Southern League and at the season end they have to face a 1-1 draw only to succumb to a heavy 4-0 defeat in a replay, in their first Charity Shield match with Manchester United

By winning the Southern League, QPR selected to Second Division. Now they had to play all their matches in mid-week as the fixture list had been completed by the time they were re-admitted.

QPR got victory for the second time in Premier League in 1911-12 season. Due to a coal strike in 1912, they played only two matches at White City and reached first time to Europe scoring 40 goals in total 8 matches.Mr. Cown was been the manager since QPR professional start, left the Club in 1914. Mr Hewie became his successor. Due to the occurrence of II World War, QPR had to shift to Harvist Road because QPR occupy at Park Royal. QPR then took over the ground of the amateur club Shepherd's Bush. In1920-21,Ned Liddell, was manager, and Queen Park Rangers attained Third Division, also with a finish in a third in the table behind Crystal Palace and Southampton.
The 2010–11 season was Queens Park Rangers 122nd professional season and their 7th consecutive season in the Championship. The club finished the season in 1st place, winning promotion to the Premier League after a 15 year absence.
